Bottles were originally used to grow enoki mushrooms. Today, many species of sawdust-based mushrooms are grown in bottles. When properly run, bottle production systems can be the most efficient way to grow mushrooms. The bottles are reused repeatedly, thus reducing the waste associated with bag culture. We offer machinery to help run a bottle operation without the need for full automaation.
